What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and various digital wallets. For in-store pickups, we also accept cash payments.

How long does shipping take for custom PC builds?

Custom PC builds typically undergo a 24-48 hour stress-testing period. Once verified, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do all components come with a warranty?

Yes, all individual components carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Additionally, DynaQuest PC provides a 1-year service warranty on all labor for pre-built systems.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that opened software and custom-assembled PCs are non-returnable.

Do you offer technical support for troubleshooting?

Absolutely. Our technical team is available via email or phone to assist with hardware troubleshooting, BIOS updates, and driver installations for products purchased from us.

Is international shipping available?

Currently, we only ship within the domestic region to ensure the safety and integrity of sensitive electronic components during transit.
